- You can return an item as long as it is unused. Best if the packaging is unopened!

- For refunds, you can expect your money back 1-2 days after we receive the item.
- We pay your refund through credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take 5 workdays to reflect in your bank.

4. How can I track my order?

5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?
- When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
- Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.
So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.
6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@karmarenewal.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
