6. Why is there no tracking update yet?
If your item is handcrafted in Tibet or Nepal, tracking may not update until the package reaches the international shipping center — typically within 3–5 days of dispatch.
Don't worry — once it’s scanned, tracking updates will appear automatically.
7. What if my package doesn't arrive?
If it’s been more than 30 days since your order shipped and you haven’t received it, contact us at support@karmarenewal.com.
We’ll either:
