Can I return or exchange an item?

• Yes! You may return or exchange an item within the first 30 days of your receipt.

What if I just don't like my product?

That's sad, but we want to make this work. We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, which means if you simply don't like your item just request a return.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please send an email to support@karmarenewal.com.

• We will get back to you with the return address in 24-48 hours.
• You can return an item as long as it is unused. Best if the packaging is unopened!
• As soon as we receive the item, we will either issue a refund or exchange the product for another one.
• For refunds, you can expect your money back 1-2 days after we receive the item.
• We pay your refund through credit card and PayPal. Credit card refunds may take 5 workdays to reflect in your bank.
• Please inform us within 30 days of delivery for all returns and exchanges. This is to minimize cases of lost packages.

Do I pay for shipping on returns?

• Yes, you need to cover shipment if you wish to return an item to us. You may ship back the item using the carrier of your choice.
• To ensure a pleasant experience, we highly advise using a tracking service when returning an item.

Can I cancel my order?

If you ordered by accident or simply changed your mind, let us know ASAP. If the order wasn't shipped yet, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.

We proudly ship to nearly every country worldwide, with the exception of a few due to shipping restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience and remain committed to finding solutions.

Areas that cannot be transported include:

• Yemen

• Sudan
• Syria

2. How much does shipping cost?

We want to make things easy and we're currently running a promotion - Free Shipping Sitewide.

Shipping costs are determined during checkout and depend on product weight and your shipping address. We work to keep shipping charges reasonable, but they are influenced by our carriers. This means that even for free products, shipping fees still apply.

Wrong Shipping Information

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click:   TRACK YOUR ORDER to track the shipment status.

5、Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

1. When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
2. Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

So please don't worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

6. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 30 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@karmarenewal.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
